In 2010, Apple rocked the world of gadgets and popularized the tablet pc when launched iPad. Which is then followed by all computer and smartphone vendors make similar products. Unfortunately only a few products that has a genuine concept. One of them is issued a tablet PC products on the market is the Asus. With a sleek design, light and touch-screen 10.1 ", Transformer is a complete tablet for those who want to enjoy multimedia on the way, but still want to easily be able to access the web, email, and other productivity applications. Special user interface provides easy access to various features available from the Android ® 3.0 operating system, while the chipset NVIDIA ® Tegra ™ 2 provides full support for Adobe Flash, HD video conferencing and playback smoothly, surf the web at lightning speed and with exceptional gaming performance.

With Optional docking, Transformer transform into a netbook with a QWERTY keyboard when used on the table, with a battery life of up to 16 hours. Like the Eee Pad Slider, front digital camera (1.2 MP) and rear (5 MP), which is very adequate for video chat and photos, plus an integrated mini-HDMI port makes a connection to an external display easier to play 1080p HD video.

Physically, this tablet has a fairly thin with dimensions of 271 x x171 x 12.98 mm. On the back using a textured layer make this tablet comfortable to hold. On the left side there is the power button next to the volume buttons. While the right side of the headphone port is available, mini HDMI, and a micro SD slot.

Transformer has a docking connector on the underside, which is used to charge the battery, connect to the computer and keyboard dock. Keyboard Dock on the Asus Transformer is not just a keyboard and a USB port, but it has its own battery. The battery on the dock to give an additional 6 hours, meaning that Asus Transformer can be used up to 16 hours without needing a recharge.

When the tablet you are not at 100% condition, the dock will recharged the battery. If the battery is fully charged, the device will draw power from the keyboard.
